1) Introduction

Wallet Hub is a local-first money management app. This policy explains how user data is handled and protected.

2) Data Collection Overview

Your financial data stays on your device. Wallet Hub has no backend server, and transactions are never uploaded to us.

  • No ads.
  • No selling user data.
  • No unnecessary tracking.

3) User Data (On-Device Data)

  • Transactions, categories, budgets, subscriptions, reminders, and preferences.
  • Payment source references (for example, masked references such as last 4 digits when needed).

4) Authentication Data

Sign-in is local-first. You can create an email account that is stored and verified entirely on your device, or use Sign in with Apple. With Sign in with Apple, Apple shares your name and email with your consent and Wallet Hub keeps them on-device only. There is no Wallet Hub account server — no email, name, or password is sent to Wallet Hub, and no banking credentials are collected.

5) Data We Do NOT Collect

  • No access to your messages or inboxes.
  • No background message monitoring.
  • No full card numbers.
  • No banking credentials.

6) How Data Is Used

Data is used to manage and organize income, expenses, transfers, subscriptions, analytics, and export features.

7) Data Storage

Data is stored locally on-device. Wallet Hub does not send your financial data off the device: the app ships with no active network endpoints for transaction data, and message parsing runs entirely on-device.

At rest, sign-in and app-unlock credentials are held in the iOS Keychain (the unlock key behind Face ID), and imported message text is written with iOS file protection so it is encrypted before first unlock. All network access enforces HTTPS (no cleartext traffic is permitted).

8) Data Security

Wallet Hub supports optional Face ID/app lock and relies on iOS/Android security protections, including device-level encryption when enabled.

9) Third-Party Services

Wallet Hub uses Apple platform services only (Sign in with Apple, in-app purchases, and local notifications). There is no third-party authentication backend — no Supabase, no Google, and no other cloud sign-in. No financial data is shared with any third party.

10) Subscriptions & Payments

Subscription billing is handled by Apple through App Store and Apple account settings.

11) Analytics

Wallet Hub does not include ad SDKs and does not use user tracking for advertising.

12) User Control

Users can edit, delete, export, and organize their data directly in the app.

13) Data Retention

Data remains on-device until edited, deleted, or removed with app/device data.

14) Children’s Privacy

Wallet Hub is not directed to children under 13.

15) Changes to This Privacy Policy

Policy text may be updated over time. The effective date indicates the current version.

7) تخزين البيانات

تُخزن البيانات محليًا على الجهاز. لا يرسل Wallet Hub بياناتك المالية خارج الجهاز: لا يحتوي التطبيق على أي نقاط اتصال شبكية فعّالة لبيانات المعاملات، ويتم تحليل الرسائل بالكامل على الجهاز.

عند التخزين، تُحفظ بيانات تسجيل الدخول وقفل التطبيق في سلسلة مفاتيح iOS (ومفتاح فتح القفل محمي بـ Face ID)، ويُكتب نص الرسائل المستوردة بحماية ملفات iOS بحيث يكون مشفرًا قبل أول فتح للجهاز. وجميع الاتصالات الشبكية تفرض HTTPS (لا يُسمح بأي حركة بيانات غير مشفرة).

8) أمان البيانات

2) Resumen de la recopilación de datos

Tus datos financieros se quedan en tu dispositivo. Wallet Hub no tiene servidor backend y tus transacciones nunca se nos envían.

  • Sin anuncios.
  • No vendemos datos de los usuarios.
  • Sin seguimiento innecesario.

3) Datos del usuario (datos en el dispositivo)

  • Transacciones, categorías, presupuestos, suscripciones, recordatorios y preferencias.
  • Referencias de fuentes de pago (por ejemplo, referencias enmascaradas como los últimos 4 dígitos cuando es necesario).

4) Datos de autenticación

El inicio de sesión funciona con datos locales primero. Puedes crear una cuenta de correo que se almacena y verifica por completo en tu dispositivo, o usar Iniciar sesión con Apple. Con Iniciar sesión con Apple, Apple comparte tu nombre y tu correo con tu consentimiento, y Wallet Hub los guarda únicamente en tu dispositivo. No existe ningún servidor de cuentas de Wallet Hub: no se envía ningún correo, nombre ni contraseña a Wallet Hub, y no se recopilan credenciales bancarias.

5) Datos que NO recopilamos

  • Sin acceso a tus mensajes ni a tus bandejas de entrada.
  • Sin monitoreo de mensajes en segundo plano.
  • Sin números completos de tarjetas.
  • Sin credenciales bancarias.

6) Cómo se usan los datos

Los datos se usan para gestionar y organizar ingresos, gastos, transferencias, suscripciones, análisis y funciones de exportación.

7) Almacenamiento de datos

Los datos se almacenan localmente en tu dispositivo. Wallet Hub no envía tus datos financieros fuera del dispositivo: la app no incluye endpoints de red activos para datos de transacciones, y el procesamiento de mensajes se ejecuta por completo en el dispositivo.

En reposo, las credenciales de inicio de sesión y de desbloqueo de la app se guardan en el llavero de iOS (la clave de desbloqueo detrás de Face ID), y el texto de los mensajes importados se escribe con la protección de archivos de iOS, de modo que queda cifrado antes del primer desbloqueo. Todo acceso a la red exige HTTPS (no se permite tráfico sin cifrar).

8) Seguridad de los datos

Wallet Hub ofrece Face ID/bloqueo de la app opcional y se apoya en las protecciones de seguridad de iOS/Android, incluido el cifrado a nivel de dispositivo cuando está activado.

9) Servicios de terceros

Wallet Hub usa únicamente servicios de la plataforma de Apple (Iniciar sesión con Apple, compras dentro de la app y notificaciones locales).
